Over the winter, the violence and attacks seen in Chad since Operation Foxhunt have reduced and brought a little respite to the population and the Western Forces stationed there. This decrease has given fresh hope for the planned elections of August.
The Rubber Ducks and friends will be fighting the good fight in this upcoming event by Stirling Airsoft. Once again we will be travelling southwards to Catterick Garrison for some house minding and occasionally shooting people. Good times!

The Scotland vs England Catterick event now has a trailer online. Looks great and hopefully bodes well for the full feature. In other news we have just been informed that Scotland actually won! An error in adding numbers was to blame and the final scores now sit at England 964 and Scotland 1000. Excellent news and a victory well deserved. Well done Scotland and well done the Ducks.
At the end of play on Sunday England were once again crowned victorious. At least this time it was only by a measly 21 points and its safe to say Scotland did an excellent job in securing the first half of the game and continuing to maintain the status quo all the way to the finish. With England holding building 29 as their FOB it was never going to be easy! None the less the Ducks that went down had a great time, especially since we got hooked up with NCIS regulars and team SOAR. Thanks guys.
Today is the day a selection of Ducks go down to fight the old enemy. Catterick is just over 300 miles away from Duck HQ and houses a military training village. This village will see 50 Scots take on 50 English in what should be a very interesting game indeed. Saturday and Sunday are used for the late night and early morning games with points awarded for kills and objectives. This is the smallest group of Ducks to go down but we will be hooking up with some regulars. Pictures and score will be posted Monday.

Scotland vs England
Once again Striling Airsoft are hosting the infamous Scotland vs England theme game at Catterick on the 5/6th of December.
The Ducks will be there (all be it in very small numbers) to show our support for Scotland. Hopefully this time we can bring the trophy back to LandWarrior.
Well that’s another dose of Catterick fun well and truly over.
The weather was great – sun was out all weekend and barely a gust of wind. The Mebeke Rebels gave Task Force Black a run for their money! We managed to secure both drugs and gold at the train station gaining us lots of juicy points. Unfortunately not enough to win…
Many a story to tell which will all be talked about on our Forum. For now you can see the latest photos on our Gallery page.
